A Few things...

Before im off to ENGLAND.

1. England- I cant wait. Leaving tomorrow, coming back last day of the holidays. I wont be updating here while over there but we will be updating http://npscuk.blogspot.com when we can. Also feel free to email me. I think we're trying to get to inkernet cafe's as often as we can/use hostel computers when we can.

2. Report- Got it back. Didn't do too badly. A few 2's and mostly 1's (1's are the best, goes down to 5's)

3. Got my tragus pierced a little while ago.

4. Hopefully getting my learners when i get back from England....very soon after.

5. Absolutely sick of homework. I really really can't be bothered with it. And I have AT LEAST one more year of it. *sigh*

6. Wish I had a tri-band phone. I don't so the only form of contact ill have overseas is the inkernet, so feel free to email/ comment on here/uk blog and ill try and get back to you as soon as I can.

7. Got a haircut the other day. Im sure you'll see it in photos from the trip so i'm not going to bother posting one.

8. Completely missing the holidays over here. Literally, the next day after we get back its back to school. *sighs again*

Updated. Finally...although it will be short

Liams 21st. Best night of my life. Almost. It was great fun. Im going to miss that kid.

School-Exams are over! Havnt got all of my results back yet but im ok with the results i have got back. Averaging about a B i think.

New piercing (tally is at 6) just over half-way up my left ear. :) so happy. Hurts a lot though. Possibly getting infected.

back to normal school this week. We got to stay home unless we had an exam and only had to be at school FOR the exam.

Work. Still interesting. Not as fun now that Liam has left but meh. Still enjoying it.

Lack of sleep is a big thing at the moment. Lots of EARLY MORNINGS. aka 2am fall asleepings. mainly family stuff just getting back late but im still TIRED AS.

Job

...Safeway Checkout Chick.

I got a call this morning from Georgie- a person at Safeway telling me I had been given a job as Service Cashier :) Induction on the 10th. Register training on the 13th and 14th and first shift on the 15th.

Good as :)

Interview

I think I did well. It was a simple interview as I mostly had to listen to what Woolworths means and how you are the face of Safeway being at the registers...Just normal stuff.

I won't find out if I get the job for a couple of days though. Ill blog when I know....

Until then...fingers crossed.

Well...when I got back from Wilsons Prom there was an email sitting in my inbox.

It was from Safeway and it was inviting me to a 2nd interview. It's on Monday.

I'll let people know if i get the job or not...

Holidays

Well these holidays ive done quite a bit of stuff...were going soon to do more stuff so i cant have a really long blog.

First we went to Phillip Island for Christmas Dinner...and we were at Nana's for lunch as usual.

New Years was at Bendigo.


I went on a school trip (redback theatre) to Laver's Hill..and the great ocean road. To have a fairly in-depth recount of the trip check out REDBACK THEATRE'S BLOG (that i made).

I got back and the day after i had a group interview at safeway. I hope i get the job :) i want it so bad. The interview went well. I didnt do anything wrong so i dont see why i shouldnt but meh..i have nothing to compare it too so i cant really say. I should find out next week sometime if i get to go to the 2nd interview or not. Which i SHOULD ace.

We are going to Wilsons Prom for a week (so until next friday) which should be awesome but i hope they dont try and contact me about the job while im away. If they do theres not much i can do... I think ill give Sharon a call about it.

New Stuff

Well...i thought i had nothing new to write about.

Then i thought about it. I do have some stuff to say. To me it isn't very interesting but i guess it is some stuff that might be a little interesting for other people.

OK.
Number 1:
I have finished school for the year which means i'm very very close to Year 11. I finished on the 1st and i have been extremely BORED since then. I didn't know being at home alone for 6 hours could be this boring. Thank God for the internet...and MSN. Good stuff.

Number 2:
I have my exam results back. Luckily, i only had two exams this year. I will get to do more exams next year...i'm so excited. This year i did just an English and Maths exam. I'm not too happy with my Maths exam result-75% but i know the reason i got that mark. I was involved in the school production and some of the stuff on the exam i didn't learn. I know it's my fault i didn't catch up on work. Oh well. Next time it actually counts so ill do much better.
English-B. The best student in my class... Adele (my best friend) got a B+ so i know that i did well. Compared to other classes (no offence Caughey) my B would have been at least a B+, maybe higher.


In other news...
On Thursday (during the day) im going to see ERAGON!! It's going to be so cool! I can't wait! I have been counting down the days. It comes out on Thursday and im going to see it then. Im sooo excited :) I love the book so hopefully Paramount Studios have done it justice and made a fantastic movie. Even just seeing the previews there are some "mistakes" that have annoyed both myself and Adele. The elves don't have pointed ears. One of the lead characters is supposed to have black hair but no that had to make it a blonde actress. I'm sure that doesn't matter.. but you would think the producers could afford black hair dye.

Then that night(ish) i'm going up to Maryborough! I havn't been for ages so it will be fantastic :) I can't wait!

Thats about it. I've been at home. I've caught up with friends and sat in front of msn. Oh and ate food. Mostly 2 minute noodles and coke.. so fun :)

Guess What??

Im going back to the UK next year with school. We are going to do heaps of different stuff that we didnt do on our trip to Europe at the start of the year. We will visiting castles and stuff- even staying the night in one. (I think. If any of this stuff is wrong it's cause i havnt even looked at the new Itinery.) We are going as part of SOSE and Drama. It's going to be heaps of fun...cant wait :)

I wonder who else is going...Caughey who has said yes to the trip?

Sore Hand

My hand still hurts from when i hurt it a couple of weeks ago. There is still a lump there that is pretty painful when its touched by anything. I did some research on the net and believed it was a ganglion cyst.

Mr Caughey said that it wasnt when i sent him the link to a picture similar to the one in the link above but then I went to the doctors and it was confirmed that it was in fact what i thought it was.

haha Caughey i win.

Godspell

I went to see Godspell last night with all of my school friends + a couple of tagalong friends with school. It was heaps of fun... Especially cause my friends Kat and Luke were in it. They were sooo good. I didnt really like the fact that everything was about the bible and stuff but i knew that (GODspell). I did really enjoy all the acting and stuff that was in it. For Kat this is her first real theatre company performance. Luke did Guys and Dolls last year with the same company Windmill. We got home at 1.05 this morning. Amy stayed the night and has already left (she left at 9).


Only THREE weeks of school left. Theres actually 4 for year 10s (we finish on the 1st of December) but we have 4 or 5 days off before then. YAY!!......then VCE

No school

For the past week i have had no school. Well ive been at school but not in class. Ive been working backstage for the production- R&J (ryan and julia a modernish romeo and juliet). Last night was the final night. We only did two actual performances and then 3 for primary schools. We also did Quietus which Katy came to see at the monash schools festival (which i actually act in). Last night had so much energy... it was great. Backstage went so well, we got everything on and off stage in record time. I had hurt my hand pretty badly throwing a ball at dean during the day so i didnt do much, anything backstage wise in fact. I made sure the microphones were all going to the right people and that everyone knew which scene it was and what the next one was...on my side of the stage. It was a good night and i saw Leigh and Chrissie which was nice because i havnt seen them for ages.

About my hand.. it was so swollen. It looked and felt broken to me because when i threw the ball and followed through my hand hit the back of the METAL fold down chairs in the hall. It was extremely painful so i got ice packs and stuff but an hour later the swelling had only increased so i called mum to come and get me. We went to the doctor, then got an xray, then was told that it wasnt broken but that ive probably just bruised the bone. Im happy its not broken but it sure feels like it is.
